“One of our Kitchen managers received a bit of special recognition that I wanted to share with everyone. Duncan Davis, SVPO with Fridays was visiting the Asheville, NC restaurant a few weeks ago and recognized Melissa Scott with a very cool letter after his visit to the restaurant.
We could not be prouder of what she and her B.O.H. team accomplish on a weekly basis. No matter the metric we look at (Brand Standards, Eco-Sure Food Safety, Theoretical Food Cost, Budgeted Labor, etc.). She and her team continue to knock it out of the park. Congratulations to Casie Ward on making Manager of the Month!
Casie Ward is the general manager at our TGI Fridays in Lynchburg, Virginia. We are so proud to have honored her as Manager of the Month for March 2018!
