Glenn Allen, VA, November 21, 2022 – United Restaurant Group is delighted to welcome their newest General Manager, Eric Johnson, who will run the operation at their Williamsburg TGI Fridays restaurant.
Originally from Clinton, MD, Eric moved to Virginia in 2020, where he started working in the hospitality industry. With unmatched drive and a willingness to learn, Eric excelled and soon became one of the youngest GMs at Papa Johns. Following his time at Papa Johns, he became the Food Service Director at the Walter Reed Military Hospital. After several years at the hospital, Eric returned to the private sector to work for Chic-Fil-A as a Foodservice Director. In 2020, he joined Applebees as the GM in Newport News, where he sharpened his skills in the casual dining arena.
Married and a father of 3 boys. He enjoys watching football and rooting for his New York Giants.

This special promotion will run Friday, November 11th, from 11 am – 2 pm and includes a special lunch menu.
DALLAS, Sept. 27, 2022 — TGI Fridays and Jamie Foxx’s BSB – Brown Sugar Bourbon are ringing in fall with a menu of food and drink offerings that are sure to make the season saucier. Inspired by the smooth, slightly sweet flavors of Foxx’s BSB, TGI Fridays created its newest BBQ sauce, aptly named Foxx on the Roxx and is offering it up on a saucy lineup of signature menu items and pairing it with a new crafted cocktail.
The new Foxx on the Roxx BBQ Sauce – made with BSB and crafted by Foxx based on the flavors (and cocktails) he loves – brings some serious old fashioned cocktail vibes with hints of spice and citrus, and topped off with chopped cherries. The brand’s newest sauce is now available exclusively at TGI Fridays on some of Foxx’s favorite dishes, including:

Glenn Allen, September 12, 2022 – United Restaurant Group LP (URG) launches their 50¢ Chicken Wings football season promotion across all their TGI Fridays restaurants. The promotion will run at all 15 URG TGI Fridays locations in the Mid-Atlantic from Delaware to North Carolina. The promotion offers 50¢ chicken wings on Monday nights from 5pm to closing for dine-in only.

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere concern for everyone who has been impacted by the Coronavirus.
The health and wellbeing of our team members and guests is always our number one concern, and we wanted to share with you some actions we’ve taken to ensure your continued safety during these trying times.
At this time, all of our restaurants have transitioned to curbside pick and 3rd party delivery service only, and due to this, we are offering a slightly limited menu that supports this service change.
We have reinforced our already robust quality assurance and safety standards by taking these preventative steps:
- Disinfecting all surfaces across the restaurant, including but not limited to kitchen counters, bar tops, tables, bathroom surfaces, door handles, and other high touch surfaces.
- Educating staff on the COVID-19 threat and preventative measures to follow. Including not letting employees work if sick or if they think that they have been exposed to COVID-19.
- Employing a new no-touch curbside pick-up protocol where customers are not interacting with staff or touching unsanitary surfaces at pick-up.
- For added safety, we’re sealing all orders to limit exposure once it leaves our kitchen.
We have been following the guidance of the CDC and our local health departments and will continue to do so as this situation evolves.
